Connect4Summer - Free Summer Holiday Activity and Childcare Programme for Families

Park and Romsey Community Schools have joined together again to deliver the Connect4Summer 2020 Family Fun Day Programme, expanding to cover the following areas: Hampshire, Portsmouth, Southampton and the Isle of Wight.

The programmes start Wednesday 29th July and run until Tuesday 25th August, 10am – 3pm weekdays.

We are delivering in 58 venues across the following areas: Basingstoke, Hart, Rushmoor, East Hampshire, Havant, Winchester, Eastleigh, Fareham, Gosport, New Forest, Test valley, Portsmouth, Southampton and the Isle of Wight.

Connect4Summer is a programme delivering inclusive activities to families who struggle to afford the cost of activities and food during the summer break. This year’s programme includes:

Family Fun Days

Family Fun Days: daily craft, sport, cookery, storytelling, Daily Mile, two-course hot lunch and a specialist. Specialists include: Family First Aid, Art Projects, Yoga, Martial Arts, Lego and a Science Professor.

Each Friday we will be joined by an entertainer!

New for 2020: Library Service Summer Reading Challenge with certificates and medals.

Childcare

Childcare: available to families with working parents and in receipt of Free School Meals (FSM). Children must be aged 5+ and can access 10 days of free childcare. Teen Project for 12-16 Year Olds

New this year: Teen Project for 12 – 16 year olds. 3-day programmes across 5 locations. Enjoy daily workshops of wordwork, gaming design and art. For booking click here
