Employment, Training and Education
Hampshire County Council offers many employment opportunities, which can be found through its dedicated jobs website. The Council also offers directly delivered training, through Apprenticeships and Traineeships, Careers Advice and NEET (Not in Education, Employment or Training) support. This information, for young people, is all available through the Your Future website, or for professionals through the Skills & Participation website.
Hampshire County Council also offers many volunteering opportunities such as mentoring with young people, Volunteer Gardener at a local country park, storytime volunteer in a Library, DofE Award Volunteer and more. If a young person is interested in work experience, they can complete the Youth Talent Bank form to enquire.
