The Wickham Pantry is a membership based "shop" where, for the price of £5, customers will be able to choose up to 10 items worth at least £15. The pantry will buy food from FareShare and will also accept donations from local shops and supermarkets.
The pantry will be open twice a week, with opening times to suit local families and working people. One session will be from 1-3pm and the other will be a late-night shopping slot from 6-8pm.
No proof of circumstance will be required to become a member, but this is available to anyone having a difficult time financially.
