PSHE lessons which raise awareness about the impact of homophobic language, challenging young people's myths and misconceptions - Continued professional development and staff team training around supporting young people and understanding LGBT issues - Outreach/ 121/ mentoring support within the community - Drop-in provision for young people to offer a safe, supportive and relaxed environment for young people to meet, explore issues and concerns. We also aim to focus on the personal safety, health and wellbeing agenda within the youth provision of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender young people, balanced with developing their sense of self, personal and social development in a fun way.
