Our residential programmes vary from a one off residential (between one night and one week) to a series of residentials across a given time frame. All residential programmes are carefully designed around the individual needs and interests of the group. Some residentials are catered and all activities provided by instructors at a specific centre, and may be themed (e.g. watersports), others are more group focused where young people shop, cook, clean and lead activities. Residentials take place in a variety of locations both local and national.

Our residential programmes enable children and young people in similar situations to come together in a safe environment, where staff understand their issues and concerns, where staff care about the individual and where young people can have fun, enjoy learning new skills and feel positive about their situation, whilst developing their social and emotional capabilities.

This service can be delivered to children and young people with a range of needs including:

  • Edge of care
  • Emotionally vulnerable
  • Young offenders
  • Care leavers
  • Young carers
