Provide short term, emergency food to individuals and families in crisis. As well as standard emergency food boxes (EFB), we provide EFBs for diabetics, vegetarians and vegans, special dietary needs and food boxes for those with limited cooking facilities. In addition we provide toiletry packs, household cleaning packs, bedding, baby milk and food, nappies, baby toiletries and household goods. We provide cooking courses, school visits/workshops, D of E and work experience sessions and secondary school budget courses. At Easter we provide Easter eggs and at Christmas, Christmas gift boxes to children. Our EFBs are located in larger population areas: Andover, Romsey, North Baddesley, Whitchurch and Tidworth.

All people access our service through one of 104 registered referral agencies who using their professional judgement would issue directly to the individual or family a red voucher which is exchanged for an emergency food box. The agency issuing the red voucher will address the underlying need that individual or family has.
