Hampshire Parent Carer Network (HPCN)

Hampshire Parent Carer Network (HPCN) is a charitable organisation working throughout Hampshire.  We are a friendly group of parent carers who have children and young people with special educational needs and or disabilities (SEND) aged 0-25 years.  We support and train parent carers to work alongside the professionals who provide health, education, adult and social services.

We run monthly coffee mornings where parent carers can meet with like-minded others and share experiences, as well as get to share their views on what is happening across the county as well as local issues.  In exchange for your views we put on training and workshops to help build parental confidence, skills and resilience.

We are always keen to hear from parent carers who are interested in joining us, either for our coffee mornings, or those who want to become Parent Reps and work with us as we influence the shaping of services which affect our children and young people.
