We are an experienced team of fully qualified and trainee counsellors who provide support for people’s well-being through weekly counselling sessions. Our areas of counselling expertise includes depression, anxiety, work-related stress, bereavement and relationship difficulties. We offer counselling for adults (individuals or couples) and young people (16-18 year olds).
As a registered charity we provide affordable and professional counselling. We are based in Alton, Hampshire and are proud of our 40+ years of care, and of the trust that we have developed through our work with the community.

- Our fee for weekly sessions is £45 however, financial circumstances are also considered for initial consultation and weekly sessions fee.
