Advice, information and signposting on all issues, including complex cases on debt, welfare benefits, housing, employment and family. All services underpinned and maintained through national Citizens Advice infrastructure, including training, information and specialist support services on complex issues. Frontline �drop in� service during opening hours, including Saturdays (see website) at Aldershot and Farnborough offices, and by telephone and email. Appointments available after initial interview (by phone or face to face) where needed. Specialist service for mental health service users available from Heathlands CAB by referral; and for clients living with HIV through Positive Action partnership.
