Basingstoke College of Technology - SEND Employability Hub
SEND Employability Hubs provide young people with education, skills, training and personal development, as well as work experience placements, and supported internships. The type of pathway is based on their individual needs and aspirations. The hubs also provide opportunities for young people to access other educational opportunities within colleges (find out more about SEND Employability Hubs here).
As part of the varied and bespoke support we already provide, we are now delighted to be a SEND Employability Hub. We are providing additional Employability and Independence sessions and 1-1s for identified students who have EHCP’s and are enrolled on one of our Full Time courses.
These sessions will support young people in preparing for and joining the world of work and preparing for adulthood.
