Hampshire & IOW Crisis Line for Young People

- Young people 16-18
- Supporting people with:
- Alcohol and substance misuse
- Special educational needs and or disabilities (SEND)
- Emotional and mental health including CAMHS
Havant and East Hants (HEH) Mind are excited to launch their Freephone Crisis Line for children and young people aged 11-17 years old living in Hampshire & Isle of Wight. The service launched on 4th May 2020.
The service will be available Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 3pm - 8:30pm.
The number is 0300 303 1590.
The service provides immediate access to:
- One to one confidential, emotional support
- Advice on healthy coping skills and resources
- Signposting to useful apps and websites
