Referral Details

To access these sessions you will need the following: 

If you hold an SCC MAX PLUS card you can access this club.

If you hold a Max Card, you need to be in receipt of PIP, DLA or an assessed Short Breaks package through the Jigsaw Team to access the club. 

If you hold a new Gateway + Card you can access this club, but there are limited places.
