No Limits is a charity which offers free and confidential information, advice, counselling, support and advocacy for children and young people under 26 who live in Southampton and Hampshire.
Children and young people can receive specialist advice and support on issues ranging from homelessness, parenthood, relationships, sexual health, sexuality, alcohol and drug abuse, mental health illnesses, finances and benefit rights at our Advice Centre.
In addition we have projects that support children and young people with leaving care, leaving custody, caring for a family member, learning disabilities, housing, work and education, educating them about their rights.
