With a large selection of classes suitable for ages 4-adult with a range of needs including mobility needs, sight and hearing needs, ADHD, Autism, additional learning needs and complex needs.
Choose to either cheer for fun and fitness, showcase at local events or compete with us at exciting competitions.
We have a friendly and passionate group of staff that want to make our sport accessible for all.
