The Moving On Project was set up in 1995 to offer free counselling for young people in the Fareham and Gosport areas who were faced with issues affecting their education and progression into adult life. We started life as a local charity and were so successful at providing help for young people that we became part of Hampshire County Council. In 2011, following re-organisation by the Council, we decided to re-form as a charity, to ensure the service continued as effectively as it had done in the past.
