Anger or Mood Management help

Anger Management can be offered via therapeutic groups in schools or at No Limits Trading Head Office of 35 The Avenue, Southampton, SO17 1XN.

Young people/Schools - Anger Management is a six week programme. It covers understanding anger, the physical effects of anger, triggers, making positive changes, self-awareness and self-esteem. Young people can ask their school for No Limits Trading to offer this course in their course if not already doing so).

Adults - Anger Management is a six week programme. It covers understanding anger, the physical effects of anger, triggers, making positive changes, self-awareness and self-esteem. This is a closed group, and if you join the group you will be expected to attend all six sessions. Group session can be arranged for a group of adults by their companies/employers
