Hello, my name is Siobhan and I am the owner and founder of Little Buds Nurture Hub. In my classes, parents and babies get to spend some one on one time; no day to day distractions, it’s just you and them for some bonding time, how delicious. The fact that it can also help with colic, constipation, wind, reflux, sleep, relaxation and teething pain is a massive bonus.

I have created a loving, nurturing, welcoming and fun environment to support parents and their babies. This aims to help them to be the best teachers they can be to their babies. Empower mums and dads to use their instincts to connect and bond with baby
