All welcome, changing facilities available. No need to fight (!), just come down to socialise and get fit during a non-contact beginners session, in a welcoming family-feel club. Poseidon ABC are an entirely inclusive boxing club, who have made it their mission to engage with, and be accessible to all members of the local community. Thanks to a state of the art redevelopment, the club has full disabled access, coaches who have received in-depth training for disability and inclusive coaching, and are recognised as a prestigious Clubmark status gym with Sport England. With Saints Ability+, Poseidon ABC are now running inclusive beginners sessions for the disabled community on Friday evenings.
