Movin Monkeez introduces fitness and exercise to pre-school children, where they learn the basics of rhythm, movement and fitness in a fun and safe environment and also compliments the EYFS We focus on using props such as scarves, balls, beanbags, balancing equipment, instruments and much more. The children explore different movement exercises to fun and stimulating music and learn to work in groups and pairs. Our classes offer fitness, co-ordination, structure and above all fun for your little ones. Adults are welcome at every level and are encouraged to participate with the children, making this a fantastic bonding experience for both.
