This is a multi activity afternoon for adults aged 16+ with disabilities to attend with their carer. Activities include: Badminton, Short Tennis, Table Tennis, Football, handball, Curling, Table Top Games & Basketball. Suitable for all disabilities. There is a co-ordinator for the session, but we ask that people attend with their carers. Runs every Tuesday with the exception of the Christmas period
